BEIJING, Sept.14 (InfoChina) - China Netcom (NYSE: CHA, HK: 0728) announced here Friday that it would issue 10 billion yuan worth of short-term financing bonds in the domestic inter-bank bond market on September 18, and the maturity of the bonds is nine months.
