BEIJING, Sept. 14 (InfoChina) - China Telecom (NYSE: CHA, HK: 0728) is accelerating its pace to evaluate the CDMA network of China Unicom (NYSE:CHU, HK:0762) so as to prepare for possible acquisition or reshuffle of the latter and future operation of 3G, Tom.com reports.

BEIJING, Sept.14 (InfoChina) - China Netcom (NYSE: CHA, HK: 0728) announced here Friday that it would issue 10 billion yuan worth of short-term financing bonds in the domestic inter-bank bond market on September 18, and the maturity of the bonds is nine months.
