BEIJING, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) – Whether or not the bull market of Chinese stocks that lasted for some two years and lifted average share prices by a maximum of six-fold has come to the end is nowadays a very hot topic among Chinese stock investors and analysts. Such worry is not unreasonable as the benchmark Shanghai composite index has been on a declining trend since hitting the historic peak of 6,124 points on October 16 and fell below the psychologically crucial 120-day line (at 4,882 points by Nov. 27) by the close on Nov. 27. |

BEIJING, Nov. 26 (InfoChina) – Citigroup newly lowered its forecast of the 2007 net profit of China BlueChem Ltd. (China BlueChem) (3983.HK), sister of China National Offshore Oil Ltd. (CEO: NYSE; 0883: HK), by four percent to 1.45 billon yuan, saying higher methanol selling prices will partly offset negative impact from output halt due to gas supply disruption. |
