BEIJING, April 11 (InfoChina) – The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) launched on April 10 an Emergent Circular on Curbing Rebound of Investment in Aluminum Industry, which will uplift the threshold of entry into the electrolytic aluminum and alumina sectors.

   BEIJING, April 11 (InfoChina) -- China will scrap export rebates on 83 steel products while lowering the rate on 76 others that are more highly processed as of April 15, according to the China Iron and Steel Association.

BEIJING, March 30 (InfoChina) – Aluminum Corp of China (Chalco, ACH.NYSE, 2600.HK) signed last week with the Queensland government of Australia an agreement to invest totally 3 billion Australian dollars in the Aurukun aluminum bauxite project, Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported Friday.
