Sinopec announces interim dividend distribution |

BEIJING, September 8 (InfoChina) – Asia’s largest oil refiner, Sinopec (NYSE:SNP, SH:600028) announced on September 8 its half-year distribution scheme for holders of A-shares listed on the Shanghai bourse.
The company will distribute 0.04 yuan per share cash dividend (before taxation) to all A-share holders on record after the close of September 13. The money will be available on the shareholders’ accounts on September 28. The interim cash dividend distribution is identical to the level for the first half of 2005. With an expectation for better performance in the next six months, Sinopec’ 2006 final distribution will probably be probably higher than 2005’s at 0.09 yuan per share before taxation. |
