CDC Software acquires world-leading enterprise software supplier |

BEIJING, October 10 (InfoChina) -- CDC Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed CDC Corporation (Nasdaq: CHINA), recently announced that it successfully acquired a world-leading real-time performance management (RPM) solution provider MVI Technology.
Under the signed agreement, the managing team of MVI would be integrated into CDC Software. MVI’s 80-plus enterprise customers and its 15-year experience in enterprise performance management in such industries as food, beverage, medicine and chemicals would bring more enterprise customers to CDC Software and widen its service range. Eric Musser, president of CDC Software, said that market-tested experience of MVI is also applicable to CDC’ s current customers and would bring immediate economic value to them. |
