BEIJING, October 11 (InfoChina) – CDC Software, a subsidiary of Chinadotcom (CDC, Nasdaq: CHINA), announced that it has purchased MVI, a British instant management solution provider.
“The purchase will extend the services that CDC Software covers and greatly complement the current businesses”, said Eric Musser, president of CDC Software. It will bring about profit instantly, which will be reflected by the financial report. MVI’s management solution will help CDC Software acquire more marketing channels that also can be employed by MVI for market expansion. CDC Software believes that the purchase will enhance its position as a leading management provider in processing and manufacturing industry. MVI focuses on services for food, medical and chemical industry and takes lead in the fields. After the purchase, MVI’s managers will remain in their offices. |
