BEIJING, Dec. 5 (InfoChina) -- CDC Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed CDC Corporation (Nasdaq: CHINA) and a leading enterprise software solution provider in China announced on Dec. 4 that the company had acquired the US-based IT service provider Vis.align Inc.

By acquiring Vis.align, CDC Software could expand its services for enterprises, including IT infrastructure, application optimization and development, outsourcing management, etc.

It is learned that Vis.align registered a sales revenue of 20 million US dollars in 2005 and is planned to integrate its financial report with CDC Software in 2007. (Edited by Chen Dongyi, )
