In accordance with the agreement, the parties will cooperate in port transportation and transfer, logistics, storage, exhibition trade, processing and so on.

The Administration of Dalian Free Trade Zone located in Dalian city of Liaoning province where Brilliance Auto is headquartered will provide relevant resources and favorable policies to support the development of Brilliance Auto Group in that area. PDA Corporation will provide port resource guarantee for Brilliance Auto Group’s whole cars and auto parts’ logistics.

Brilliance Auto is to give priority to business exploration in Dalian Free Trade Zone and take Port of Dalian and Dalian Free Trade Zone as the trade and logistic base for its whole cars and auto parts. (Edited by Sun Huanjie, )
