BEIJING, July 2 (InfoChina) -- China Eastern Airlines (NYSE: CEA, HK: 0670, SH: 600115) is expected to see a turnaround from loss to profit in the first half of this year, said Li Fenghua, board chairman of the company at the general meeting of shareholders on June 29.
He expects profit for the full year of 2007 will reach 200 million yuan.
China Eastern was in a big loss of 2.78 billion yuan for 2006, which is the only major domestic carrier in the red last year. (Edited by Chen Dongyi,
