China Mobile strives to be greener telecom operator

BEIJING, Dec. 6 (InfoChina) – China Mobile recently announced its strategy for procuring system equipment and accessory equipment, highlighting energy conservation and emission reduction.
Shanghai Securities News reports that a total of 15 equipment producers hve signed the green movement plan with China Mobile.
It is learned that China Mobile requires equipment providers to use less material, cut equipment weight, improve equipment integration and reduce power consumption.
