BEIJING, Jan. 2 (InfoChina) – Baidu.com (BIDU.NASDAQ) has not yet appointed a new chief financial officer to take the place of Shawn Wang, who died in an accident on December 27, 2007.
JPMorgan believes that the absence of CFO will not influence the company in the long run, as Wang has already established a stable structure for the company’s management.
Wang’s jobs are now shared by the senior management team until a successor is assigned. (Edited by Wei Wei,
